Connected Vehicles and Intelligent Transportation Systems applications rely on sensor data, artificial intelligence and communication technologies to enhance safety and sustainability.
Data collected via intelligent connected devices, like vehicles are transmitted to the system, designed to smartly treat information in real-time through Atom, an Atos accelerator asset. Data collected through intelligent road-side devices are aggregated and synthesized through Atos Codex Smart City platform. In this presentation and demo, participants will be taken on a short journey to see how Atos solution will support Smart Mobility goals in safety, efficiency and decarbonization.
About the Speakers:
Sathya Prasad Nanjundaiah is IoT Practice Director with focus on Connected and Autonomous Vehicles solutions at Atos Inc. He is based in Dallas, Texas at the Atos North America HQ.With an industry experience of over two decades, Prasad specializes in IoT, Connected Vehicles and Digital Mapping technologies.
With a master’s degree in Urban Planning and extensive experience in IT, OT and IoT domains, Prasad has a track record of developing innovative solutions benefiting customers. In his current role, he works closely with practice expert teams in developing innovative digital solutions for customers in Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Logistics and Public Sector.
Roland Haeve is a global lead within the IoT practice as the Chief Innovation and Engagement Officer. He works closely with the global sales and technology partner teams regarding its “Smart Cities” initiatives, partner engagements, researches the development of new solutions / technology offerings and participates in industry initiatives. An important part of his responsibilities is the transformation of current business models – be they monetary, intellectual, or political – into technology to further the firm’s objectives.
He has gained significant experience and knowledge of Digital Transformations and of several different IoT platforms/frameworks. He earned and holds an Engineering degree in Information Systems and Commercial Technics, Higher Informatics Education which he followed at the University in Eindhoven in the Netherlands. He is an officially identified “Expert” within his current business organization.
He joined his current employer, Atos , where during the last 18 years he has excelled in many different roles: Consultant/Project and Program Manager and Global VP of BI, Big Data and Analytics, Global technical Practice Lead for Customer Journey Analytics, Chief Technology Officer Smart Cities for Public sector North America and as an International Speaker/ Thought Leader.
